Turmeric Banana Nut Bread
|Turmeric is one of the TOP spices on the market. The benefits are endless so people are adding it to just about anything from smoothies, cooking, teas, to name a few so why not add it to banana bread. This Turmeric Banana Nut Bread is a nice change from the normal banana bread.
Turmeric is a staple in Indian cuisine. The taste is described as an earthy-sweet gingery flavor. Some say a tad bitter. I add turmeric to everything. I love it for the anti-inflammatory anti-oxidant properties as well as to help prevent cancers, brain, heart and brain health. I also take an Ukon Turmeric Supplement.
The daily dosage per person on average is 1200-1800 mg.
