What does being tired really mean to you? People say this daily but do we ever stop to really understand what it means to us. “I’m tired” you’ve said it yourself. Is it physically or mentally is it deeper within your soul.
So many examples of being tired. So many ways to take it. As I looked into the mirror one day I said to myself, I’m Tired! yet not consciously realizing what it meant. Am I tired physically? Am I tired mentally? Then as I gazed into my eyes through the mirror. I felt darkness, Deep within, A tiredness that goes beyond exhaustion, aches, and pains, Although I guess one could say that it really is a combination of them all. What does it mean to be tired of being tired? Be tired no more.
Who can a tired soul effect?
People regardless of age experience this feeling of soul tiredness. Just being tired of life and it’s disappointments. A feeling that no matter what, it was not good enough, Regardless if that is the truth or not.
To an average person, tired is described as:
- Not enough sleep.
- Exhaustion due to a physical excursion.
- A situation. (sick, annoyance, stress)
- Lack of energy due to poor nutrition, illness, focus, and mental clarity, weight issues.
- A tired deep within your soul (endless reasons, a feeling much deeper)
- Tired enough to Give Up
Some may say that tired deep within my soul can mean that you want to give up. I guess, in a way that is the feeling.
What it means to have a tired soul
– Society views a happy person as one who has so much to live for but to them feel empty, worthless, abandoned, and alone.
– Has accomplished so much in their lifetime but feels so undeserving, unworthy of their achievements.
– Experienced personal struggles their whole life with no end in sight, wondering why they bother due to lack of confidence, self-worth, and pitfalls
– Suffers from deep depression, anxiety, and fatigue, motivation to accomplish simple tasks. Disappointed with life in general.
– Maybe fighting a lengthy illness or prolonged chronic health issues with no cure or recovery, who feel a burden to the people who surround them. They feel they have lost the fight and do not want to suffer anymore.
– feel a loss of meaning, deep unhappiness, loss of identity, loss of purpose, and desire to fulfill their dreams. Empty nesters who feel no longer needed by their children.
When one Gives up is that a meaning to an end.
A select few, may actually “Give Up” using such coping mechanisms as, suicide, assisted suicide, or by abusing drugs, alcohol, or turning to food for comfort. Others will choose a new path, will embrace change looking for ways to improve their overall health and well-being and situation.
Ways to overcome a tired soul
Continue to live, learn, and pursue your dreams. Work on personal development by reading, researching. Eat healthily, exercise regularly. Forgive and forget people and situations that cause disappointment. Love more. Taking good supplements to ensure you are getting adequate nutrition is of utmost importance to improve energy, focus, and well-being. Sustaining a good diet in which consists of healthy fats, low carbs, and sugars.
