Quarantine Friendly Stir-fry Medley
Easy quick delisious meal your family will love, while under quarentine.
Equipment
- Steamer and Frypan
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean ground beef/pork Alternatives, Ground or sliced Chicken, Turkey, Tofu
- 1/2 Red onion diced
- 5 Coves garlic diced
- 2 C Cooked whole grain rice
- 2 C Cauliflower chopped in bite size peices
- 1 Small Bag Green beans
- 2 med Carrots
- 1 196 ml C Diced tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp 5 Spice blend
- 1 tbsp Chicken bone broth powder Mix with 1/2 C of warm water.
Instructions
- In frypan fry up hamburger, add onions, garlic. Pour in canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth along with seasonings. Cook 10 min.
- Pre-cook Rice, 20 min as per directions. Stir into above mixture.
- Steam cauliflower, beans, and carrots just to soften Al Dente. Add to hamburger mixture for 10 min. Stir often.
