Perytong Wireless Headband Earphones Review
|What are Wireless Headband Earphones?
They are headband that runs on Bluetooth that is great for sleep, travel, exercise, or meditation. The Wireless Headband Earphones have a very comfortable, lightweight speaker sewn in on each ear.
Are wireless headband earphones safe?
Yes, according to scientific sources, they say Bluetooth emits a low non-ionizing electromagnetic wave far less than a cell phone itself. Read the study here, however, there will be differences of opinion everywhere on google searches so it is best to do your due diligence on your own and make the educated guess that is right for you. Nothing is 100% these days as we are surrounded by frequencies of all kinds due to the rise in tech devices.
The Headband
The headband is made from a comfortable, washable material. (Remove the control module before washing) It has an adjustable band with a removable clasp. The adjusting piece does not allow for much sizing to fit a smaller head, fortunately for me, it worked fine.
They carry these wireless headband earphones for kids as well here.
Device switches are on the forehead section, where the on/off works by holding the play/stop button for 3 seconds. The volume +/- is for volume as well as skipping to the next song or going back to the previous song. It also answers a call or rejects a call from a mobile device.
The sound quality is great. The speakers may not sit directly perfectly on each ear but for me has not been a negative factor. If like me I toss and turn a lot so adjusting through the night may be needed.

Summary
I am very satisfied with the Perylong wireless headband headphones. My reason for buying was to listen to calm music as well as cancel out the noise of the city and my husband’s snoring. lol, unfortunately, they are NOT noise canceling per se depending on the volume chosen it works well for most unwelcome sounds. It is a good thing at night to be able to hear outside noise for emergencies anyway.
Please be careful not to exceed 70dB of volume as more can damage your hearing.
Earbuds are amazing for the day however for sleep not so much as why a headband was a better decision for me.
