Peanut Butter Banana Bread With Grated Cacao and Dark Chocolate

Who doesn’t love banana bread, It’s great in itself self but with peanut butter and a hint of chocolate you have one great tasty combination. Peanut butter chocolate banana bread.

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Margarine or Butter, melted
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup smooth Peanut Butter

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp grated Cacao
  • 2 Tbsp grated Dark Chocolate
  • Chopped/crushed Almond slivers

Directions:

With electric mixer whip butter and sugar until creamy, beat eggs one at a time. Add bananas and peanut butter and blend until smooth consistency.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add with the wet and stir well with a wooden spoon.

Place in a 9x5x3 greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, Let cool 10 minutes.

Enjoy!!
