Peanut Butter Banana Bread With Grated Cacao and Dark Chocolate
|Who doesn’t love banana bread, It’s great in itself self but with peanut butter and a hint of chocolate you have one great tasty combination. Peanut butter chocolate banana bread.
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 3 ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Margarine or Butter, melted
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup smooth Peanut Butter
Dry Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp grated Cacao
- 2 Tbsp grated Dark Chocolate
- Chopped/crushed Almond slivers
Directions:
With electric mixer whip butter and sugar until creamy, beat eggs one at a time. Add bananas and peanut butter and blend until smooth consistency.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add with the wet and stir well with a wooden spoon.
Place in a 9x5x3 greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, Let cool 10 minutes.
