Oven-Baked Garlic Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 C Milk or Water
  • 1 C Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 C Parmesan Cheese ( fine )
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk and olive oil into a bowl. Mix well.
  • Put all dry mixture together in one large bowl. Blend well.
  • Dip each pork chop in milk, olive oil mixture to moisten chops.
  • Lay each pork chop in the dry mix and coat well.
  • Place pork chops on the cookie sheet lined with tin foil sprayed with cooking spray or rubbed with cooking lard.
  • Place in oven for 45 min at 350 on middle rack.
  • Serve with rice and a choice of vegetables.
