Leftover Chicken And Broccoli Casserole
Quick and easy casserole
Equipment
- Frypan
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Chopped Steamed Broccoli
- Salt And Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 340 gr Egg Noodles
Instructions
- Chop chicken breasts and broccoli into bite size pieces.Dice garlic and onion.Add oil to pan.Medium heat
- Fry garlic and onion lightly.Add chicken and broccoli.Fry and stir about 2 minutes
- Add can of mushroom soup and sour cream.Stir and cover with lid for 15 min on med-low heat. Stir occasionally.
- Add salt and pepper
- Cook egg noodles as desired, Add salt to cooking, drain and set aside.
- Lift lid and add cup of shredded cheese over sauce. Cover and cook on low for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
- Plate noodles and add sauce over noodles. Serve
