Fun Facts:
Shirataki noodles have a neutral taste, so they will absorb the flavors of the sauce or dish you prepare.
A 100-gram (about 3.5 ounces) serving of raw zucchini typically contains only about 3-4 grams of carbohydrates, with approximately 1 gram of dietary fiber. This results in a net carb count of roughly 2-3 grams per 100 grams, which is quite low and makes zucchini an excellent choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
