Chili is a wonderful dish with many health benefits. Chili is a dish that can be made to suit one’s taste. Chili is so versatile. It can be made with a variety of meat, Chicken, Beef, Wild Game meat. Vegetables can be added. Spice it up or spice it down. Chili is as unique as you make it.

Ingredients:
1 lb of ground chicken
1 Tbsp olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 pepperoni stick (flavor choice)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can white kidney beans or fava beans
1 can of black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 tsp chili powder.
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper
Directions:
Fry chicken with tbsp of olive oil. When cooked add tomato paste. Stir and add diced/ground onion and garlic combination. Slice pepperoni thinly and add to the meat mix. Combine all spices in the mixture. Drain and add corn. Rinse and drain beans and add to mixture.Add diced tomatoes with juices.May need to add 1 cup of water if looks too thick. Lower heat and simmer 2-3 hrs stirring often. Serve with garlic toast. Enjoy!
