Get Started
Ingredients:
1- Spaghetti Squash.(average 3 lbs)
2-lg garlic cloves
1/4 cup onion
Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups of Italian Spaghetti Sauce
1 Cup grated Cheese.(3 cheese mix,Cheddar,Mozza,Parmesan)
Wash squash with vinegar and water. Cut squash in half with a sharp knife lengthwise, end to end. Place in baking dish upright.Brush with olive oil sprinkles grated onion/garlic mi
x over each squash.
Add 2 cups of water to the bottom of baking dish.Bake at 375 for 1 hr. It will be ready when you can easily scrape with fork and sheds to resemble spaghetti noodles.
Slightly cool enough to shred with the fork down to the skin.
Pour one cup of sauce to each half. Top with grated cheese.
Return to oven on low broil till cheese is melted and lightly browned.
You can serve in skin for a dinner for 2 or cut in 4. You can also scoop out to desired serving.
