$10K LOST, Online Business Truth
$10K LOST Online Business Truth: MLM failure, Enagic experience, and real lessons about making money online.
The Truth About Online Business No One Tells You.
The Sales Pitch
You know those Facebook ads.
The ones where a smiling couple sits in a bright kitchen, or a porch talking about retirement… freedom… working from home…
Telling you that an online business is the key to finally getting ahead.
I saw them too.
And I believed them.
The Promise That Pulled Me In
It sounded perfect.
- Work from home
- Be your own boss
- Sell a product that “helps people”
- Build income for retirement
And on top of that, there were all the benefits of alkaline water, better health, more energy, detoxing your body.
It didn’t feel like a scam.
It felt like an opportunity.
So I went all in.
What I Actually Did
I didn’t just “try it halfway.”
I:
- Bought into the system
- Attended group meetings and events
- Ran Facebook ads (and kept paying for them)
- Promoted the products
- Invested in filters and extras
I did everything they told me to do. Believe me, these FB ads add up fast.
And in the end?
I spent over $10,000… and made nothing back.
The Reality No One Talks About
Here’s the part you don’t see in those ads.
Enagic, The Online Business Truth
This type of business requires:
- Constant selling
- Confidence putting yourself out there
- Following up with people over and over
- Spending money upfront with no guarantee
And the truth is:
Not everyone is built for that.
I wasn’t.
And if you’re someone who doesn’t love selling, pushing, or convincing people…
this kind of model can drain you, financially and emotionally.
Let’s Talk About the Products (Honestly)
Alkaline Water K8( the one I had) — Worth It?
Typical price:
PRICE: Roughly $4,000 – $7,000+ USD depending on model, country, financing.
There’s a lot of hype around it.
Some people swear by it.
But is it worth thousands of dollars for a machine?
That’s a serious question you need to ask yourself.
Ukon vs Turmeric Supplements
Ukon is marketed as a premium turmeric product.
PRICE: Around $80 – $120 per package, but a case is recomended to be an affiliate.
But when you actually compare it:
- There are high-quality turmeric supplements on the market
- Many are far more affordable
- And still offer similar benefits
You don’t necessarily need to be tied to a business model to access good products.
The Enespa Shower System
PRICE: $2k-4k.
Does it work?
Some people say yes, it can help with skin and hair.
But again:
👉 The bigger question is not “does it work?”
👉 It’s “is it worth the cost and the business pressure attached to it?”
Honestly, I never noticed any difference.
How To Earn With Enagic Affiliate?
To become an affiliate one must purchase One or All mentioned above. To earn commision you need to have purchased that product. If the Ukon is all you can afford and someone you sign up buys all 3, you only recieve commision on the Ukon.
| Product | Price | Commission Potential | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|
| K8 Machine | $4K–$7K+ | High ($1K+) | VERY hard |
| Anespa | $2K–$4K | Medium | Hard |
| Ukon | $80–$120 | Low | Easy but low payoff |
The Part That Still Sits Heavy With Me
I did make one sale.
And I wish I could say it was a success story.
But it wasn’t.
The person I sold to:
- Couldn’t make the business work
- Struggled financially
- Ended up not paying their debt to the company. They chased me down like I was the culpit.
And they came back to me… frustrated, upset.
I felt terrible.
Honestly?
I still feel like a bit of a schmuck.
Because even though I believed in what I was doing at the time…
I can’t ignore the fact that this model doesn’t work for most people.
When It Might Make Sense (And When It Doesn’t)
Online Business Truth…
It might work if:
- You are strong in sales
- You have money to invest (and risk losing)
- You’re comfortable promoting high-ticket items
- You have a network or audience
It likely won’t work if:
- You’re new to online business, although they do have training.
- Don’t like putting yourself in front of the camera and talking.
- You don’t like selling
- You’re on a tight budget
- You’re hoping for “easy” or passive income
The Online Business Truth I Had to Accept
A small percentage of people succeed in these types of businesses. (I still see many ones I worked with 10 yrs ago still working it.)
But a large percentage don’t.
And that’s the part that’s rarely talked about.
I couldn’t live with myself continuing to push something knowing that reality.
What I Believe Now
If I could go back, I would choose something:
- Lower risk
- More transparent
- Less dependent on constant selling
Because making money online is possible…
But not every path is the right one for every person.
Final Thoughts
If you’re seeing those ads and feeling pulled in like I was…
just pause for a moment.
Ask yourself:
- Can I afford to lose this money?
- Am I comfortable selling like this?
- Do I fully understand what I’m getting into?
Because I didn’t ask enough questions.
And it cost me.
“Right now it’s sitting in a box in storage, too big for my small apartment, and it still needs filters. I couldn’t even give it away. And that really made me think… if this system was as amazing for your health as they claim, wouldn’t people be lining up to buy it?”
